M.I. Yamani, M.D.
Dr. Yamani attended medical school at the Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at New Rochelle Hospital Medical Center in New Rochelle, New York. Dr. Yamani has authored publications in peer-reviewed medical literature including, Importance of Advance Directives in Critically Ill Patients – Journal of Critical Illness in 1995. Dr. Yamani has professional affiliations with South Hospital, Largo Medical Center, Mease Countryside Hospital, Mease Dunedin Hospital, St. Pete General Hospital and BayCare Alliant Hospital. Dr. Yamani is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

B. Patel-Elio, M.D.
As a child, Dr. Patel-Elio benefited from an exposure to differing cultures, living and beginning her education as she traveled with her family throughout Africa and England, ultimately settling in the United States as a teenager.
Since that time she’s been a steadfast Floridian, receiving a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Interdisciplinary Clinical Sciences (with a minor in Chemistry) from the University of South Florida, where she graduated with honors. Dr. Patel-Elio went on to obtain her Medical Doctorate from Florida State University College of Medicine. She then completed her residency at the main Florida Hospital in Orlando, where she served as Chief Resident.
Since successfully completing her residency, Dr. Patel-Elio has been practicing in Tampa as a member of a large family practice group, until recently relocating to Pinellas County and joining the All Care Medical Consultants clinical team. Dr. Patel-Elio is a diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the Florida Academy of Family Physicians as well as the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Neifeld completed his residency and internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he then worked in private practice and was on staff at three area hospitals. In addition, Dr. Neifeld servedas an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Temple University Medical School where he had studied as an undergrad, providing training forfuturephysicians while serving the Temple community administering care in more than 2000 house calls. Dr. Neifeld moved to Florida in 1993 and was the Medical Director of Satellite Clinic for Suncoast Medical Group. He opened his private practice in St. Petersburg in 2000, and was on staff at several area hospitals and at the University of South Florida. For more than 20 years, Dr. Neifeld was the Medical Director at The Masonic Home of Florida and has made numerous medical mission trips to Ecuador with the Hands of Compassion Team. He has 4 beautiful children who have grown to become a Nurse, a Teacher, a Physician Recruiter and a VP of Baseball Stadium Operations for the Texas Rangers. Dr. Neifeld has a passion for music and sports. When he is not at the office, you can find him on the golf course, in the gym playing basketball or performing in any number of the local music venues.
Wade Fletcher, MD
As a graduate of Duke University and Tulane Medical School, Dr. Fletcher brings 16 years of Internal Medicine experience to our team. He is a decorated Air Force Veteran who served during the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. After completing his service, he worked for a large teaching hospital in Savannah, GA for nine years, strengthening ambulatory medical education and redesigning the resident/faculty outpatient practice. He enjoys teaching and collaboration and has held a number of leadership roles, including Internal Medicine Residency Program Director and Chairman of the Department of Medicine. Most recently, Dr. Fletcher served as the Regional Medical Officer for a health insurance company in Pinellas County.Dr. Fletcher’s interests are broad and he enjoys taking comprehensive care of all adults, with a focus on wellness and prevention. He believes that every person at every stage of life has immense individual power to shape their own health and wellness and is proud that All Care empowers patients with skills and knowledge in nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, emotional and spiritual health, and community resources. Dr. Fletcher’s addition to All Care Medical is an asset to the communities we serve and will increase the value of care that we provide. Dr. Fletcher will be available at our Seminole, Clearwater and Palm Harbor office locations.
Carol Ives, APRN
Carol began her nursing career in 1984 as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Through the years she never stood still when it came to continuing education. Transitioning from CNA to Licensed Practical Nurse, to Registered Nurse – eventually obtaining her Bachelors of Science in Nursing – Carolserved in leadership roles inhealthcare administration as a Director of Nursing before returning to her studies to become a Nurse Practitioner. She has spent her 34-year medical career in and around Pinellas County caring for a diverse population of patients. Carol is a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner specializing in Internal Medical/Primary Care and Managed Care and is a 2012 honors graduate of South University with a Master of Science in Nursing/Adult Practitioner focus. Carol is Nationally Certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. The common sense driven, compassionate care she provides is an invaluable asset to the All Care community.
Mustapha Benjouali, ARNP
Mustapha is originally from Morocco. He earned his MD in general practice from Rabat-Souissi Medical school then moved to Florida. Mustapha received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the Florida International University and a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida. He is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. His specialty is Family Practice. His previous clinical experience includes internal medicine, family care, acute care, and orthopedic spine care.
